The 2nd Annual Part D Mock Audit Boot Camp - After attending this program you should be able to:

PBM Oversight for Optimal Compliance Outcomes - After attending this program you should be able to:

1.  Explain how PBM contracting and selection is critical to the compliance of downstream pharmacy operations, and gain best practices to boost plan-PBM compliance

2.  Collaborate with downstream PBM entities and operational components to boost compliance

3.  Identify organizational and leadership skills to help prepare for a more effective team effort and successful coordination and collaboration during an audit

4.  List tips, tools and best practices for handling coverage determinations and claims handling
