2A Wednesday (wear tennis shoes)
**We are doing our MAP testing this week. This is our beginning of the year Math, Reading, and Language Arts test to see where your child stands coming into 2nd grade. This will help us see what your child knows. Please encourage your child to do his/her best on this test so the scores will be as accurate as they can be.
**Since we have MAP testing going on, we will not have a story of the week or no new information besides Shurley English. It will strictly be a REVIEW week. We will review over the past two week’s stories along with sequencing/compare and contrast, vocabulary words, spelling words, and grammar skills.However, we will still have quizzes throughout the week and a G2 test on both reading skills: sequencing and compare and contrast.

Tuesday: Workbook pg. 9 …...... Map Testing
Wednesday: Workbook pg. 24 ………………………...Map Testing
Thursday: Study sequencing/compare and contrast……..Map Testing
