Multi-year funding - supplementary information

The Foundation acknowledges the value of multi-year funding for not-for-profit organisations. This is balanced with the reality that the Foundation has limited capacity to commit to multi-year funding, and any commitment will be dependent on available funds in any one year.

The Foundation will consider multi-year funding for projects which:

  • Have been previously funded by the Foundation in the 2015, 2016or 2017Pathways to Employment rounds.
  • Funds would be committed for two years, with a payment schedule to be negotiated and based on successful progress reporting.
  • Clearly demonstrate positive employment outcomes for local people.

To be considered for multi-year funding, please provide documentation to support the project. As preference is given to projects already underway, it is preferable to submit documents already produced. This could be in the form of:

  • A project methodology which includes tasks, timeline, budget, and scale of project to be funded.
  • A copy of a project evaluation demonstrating impact
  • A statement giving a rationale why multi-year funding will accelerate impact in this particular instance

It is envisaged that multi-year funding would range between $15,000-20,000, per applicant organisation, per year, for two years. Please contact Ben Rodgers, Executive Officer at the Foundation, for further information.
