All school busses are to drop off athletes on the East side of the stadium (visitors). All buses need to be parked in the bus lot on Johnson Rd. Just north of the main campus.

Entries:

All entries are due into Athletic.net no later than Wednesday March 21, 2018 at 5:00 pm. Final entry list will be sent Thursday. You can ONLY make scratches during the scratch meeting. Parents and coaches can get live results on: Indiantrackxc.com

JV will have 3 attempts and Varsity field events will have 4 attempts per event (except for pole vault and high jump). Minimum standards will be required for a mark.

General Information:

  1. UIL rules will govern eligibility and participation. Scoring will be done using the National Federation scoring method of 6 places: 10-8-6-4-2-1 for individual events and 20-16-12-8-4-2 for relay events.
  2. Entry fee is $150 for Varsity teams and $75 for JV teams. Make checks payable to Keller ISD Please return entry fees to Wes Cope at 601 Pate Orr Rd. Keller TX. 76248
  3. $35.00 of each entry fee will be allotted for the coach’s hospitality room. There is no additional cost incurred for each team for this meal. It is included in your entry fee.
  4. All spectators can enter through either side. Spectators arriving before 4:00pm will need to park in the EAST lot; after 4:00pm all lots will be open.
  5. Team Camps can be set up in the (East) stands or around the fence line of the stadium.
  6. The infield will be for warm up only and this will be strictly enforced.
  7. Starting blocks will be furnished.
  8. Only ¼” spikes or smaller will be allowed on the track and runways.
  9. Varsity jumpers and throwers will have 4 attempts, JV will have 3 attempts.
  10. NO ADHESIVE TAPE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE TRACK OR RUNWAY.
  11. Awards will be given to the Team Champion and Runner-Up Team. Individual medals will be given to the first 3 places.
  12. The Scratch Meeting will begin at (2:45) in the Boys locker room (SW Corner). Reminder there will be no add-ons just scratches during this time.
  13. All entries will be submitted on Athletic.net prior to meet.
