  4. Use the magnifying glass icon to enlarge the seismograms. Fill in your data.
  5. Click on “Convert S-P Interval”.
  6. Read and fill in data for Epicentral Distance. Click on “Find Epicenter”.
  7. Bases on your results, you may proceed or retry your triangulation.
  8. Go to “Compute Richter Magnitude”.
  9. Proceed through the next few pages reading necessary information.
  10. Enter the data for the seismograms and click “Submit to Nomogram”.
  11. Read and enter your Richter magnitude data and click “Confirm Magnitude”.
  12. Enter ONLY your name, school and city.
  13. Click “Get Certificate”.
  14. PRINT OUT THIS PAGE, then click “Execute Virtual Earthquake” to do the next quake.
  15. Finish all four earthquakes, if time permits.
