Subarea 1: BuildingCooperative Framework Mechanism and SecurityGovernance Systems.

Cooperation mechanism in non-traditional security field and the construction of regional security community;
Influx, spillover of regional security risks and the supply of public safety products;
Building Regional maritime security order mechanism and rules;
Promote the cooperative security governance between governments/intergovernmental organizations/non-governmental organizations/transnational corporations /civil society.
Subarea 2: StrengtheningLaw Enforcement and Security Cooperation to Ensure the Construction of Belt and Road.
The characteristics and trends of security issues along the Belt and Road;

Docking of law enforcement security policiesbetween China and countries along the Belt and Road;

Construction of police cooperation and mutual legal assistance mechanism against cybercrime;
Jointly crack down on transnational crimes such as organized crime, pornography, gambling, drug trafficking, human trafficking and fraud;
Strengthening international policing cooperation to prevent and combat terrorist crimes;
Strengthen the exchange and cooperation among police academies, police think tanks and law enforcement departments;
Strengthen the management and capacity-building of the police force.
