FOOD VENDORS - Please note that a copy of a valid health permit for the food truck must be included. If unknown, contact the Public Health Inspector in your area. All units must meet Provincial and RM of Gimli FIRE CODE. Non-Compliance with Health Regulations and/or fire code will result in your removal from the festival with no refund.

I have read the rules and regulations of the Icelandic Festival (as provided on the next page), and agree to abide by them. I understand that failure to do so could result in being asked to leave the festival, and being refused a refund and entry into future Icelandic Festivals.

PLEASE RETURN APPLICATION AND CHEQUE (dated April 23, 2018) for review /acceptance by The Icelandic Festival Committee. You will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of your application by April 23, 2018. Refunds will not be made after May 31, 2018

Returning Vendors can email the application and etransfer the registration fee upon an acceptance email from the festival.

2018 Icelandic Festival of Manitoba Application Rules and Regulations

All vendors agree to follow these regulations which govern their participation in the festival.

1.  Vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the dock or the park, a half hour before the opening of the festival each day. Setup times for all days is 8:00AM to 10:00AM (vehicles must be out of the vendor area by 9:30AM There is not room to park supply vehicles near the festival site.

2.  Space allocation is the sole discretion of the site manager. Do not move without permissions. You will be in someone else’s space and will be asked to leave.

3.  NO overnight camping is allowed at the dock or in the park.

4.  Please clean up your area. Garbage and recycling must be moved on a timely basis to garbage dumpsters.

5.  Be aware no security is provided.

6.  The Icelandic Festival Committee is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

7.  The Icelandic Festival is an outdoor festival, which can be affected by weather. The festival committee cannot guarantee crowd size or profit.

8.  There will be no subletting of space

9.  Any vendors who have not paid in full by April 30 will not be allowed to set-up

10.  Any vendors showing up uninvited will be asked to leave.
