2017 Conoy Township Summer Playground Outings
Kindergarten through Age 14
June 12 – August 4, 2017
Summer Playground will be held at the Lutheran Church on Second Street in Bainbridge
Hours 9 am to 12 Noon – Drop Off 8:45 am unless specified
(Summer Playground Hours are 9 a.m. to 12 Noon unless there is a special event which is highlighted in yellow on your calendar. If your child does not go to the highlighted special events there will be no summer playground that day.)
Please be aware of age limits for some special trips-
on June 19 Ages 10 and over will be going to Round Top; other ages will remain at Summer Playground
on June 20 ages 9 and under will be going to Let’s Pretend; the remaining age groups will go roller skating or remain at Summer Playground.
◘ Lunch to be provided by parent for all outings except for Roller Skating, Bowling, and Go Bananas.
◘ Lunch must have child’s name on it in permanent marker and water bottle (every day) marked with child’s name.
◘ Every time money is provided for your child, the money must be placed in a zip lock bag with the child’s name written in permanent marker. Please do not give your child more money than they have permission to spend!
◘ Money to be paid for every event must be the exact amount; change will not be provided!
All money raised in the raffle goes directly to Summer Playground outings; each voucher will be worth $4.00; you may use one voucher or as many as you want for any event. The more tickets you sell the more vouchers you will get, if you can sell a lot of tickets please do and help others.
◘ Deadline for raffle and vouchers is June 5, 2017; Deadline for registration and guaranteed t-shirt is May 31, 2017. If you do not participate in the raffle you will not be eligible for vouchers.
◘ Any highlighted yellow special event on calendar please drop off your child 1/2 hour before leave time indicated on calendar.

These are the most important things to remember for Summer Playground:
1. Due to changes that can arise if you do not provide your email address or check us on Facebook you will not be notified of any changes. We will not call you!
2. Remember to check your Facebook / emails on a daily basis for changes last minute changes.
3. Every day your child must have water bottle with his / her name on it.
4. If a swimming suit is needed for an activity the swimming suit / sunscreen must be on before coming to Summer Playground.
5. All spending money must be placed in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name printed on it in permanent black sharpie.
6. Please print all information in a legible manner.
7. When paying in advance or for Jonah & the Whale / Or Marionette Puppet Theatre - place money / vouchers in an envelope marked with your child’s name and the activity name and how many vouchers or cash you are using.
