WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Each team is required to submit a roster that includes player’s number, name, complete address, date of birth, and parent’s email address. All players (parents) will be required to complete a waiver/medical release form. It will be the responsibility of the team director to have the team roster completed and retuned to the tournament director by October 9, 2015. Waivers should be turned in at the registration desk prior to the team’s first game.

By submitting a registration form for a team, each coach acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and will adhere to the rules of play and eligibility requirements for the Fall Brawl at High Point University.

Only the team spokesperson and the referee on the field will discuss and questions or disputes. Disputes will not be heard after the game. The spirit of the game is the key to resolving disputes. F3 Lacrosse Camps reserves the right to disqualify any team for infractions of the following policies:

Use of Illegal Players: The players listed on the roster at the time the roster is submitted are the only players eligible to play.

False Information: Information proved to F3 Lacrosse Camps on your entry form is the basis for our division breakdowns. Any false information is grounds for disqualification.

Unnecessary vulgarity or abrasive conduct: Good sportsmanship is expected. F3 Lacrosse Camps reserves the right to immediately terminate a game and/or escort a player, team, coach or spectator from the premises.

In the event of adverse weather or unplayable field conditions, the tournament director reserves the right to:

Reduce game times in order to catch up with schedule

Finish game before inclement weather arrives, or preserve field conditions

Reschedule games, if possible

If thunder or lightning is observed at any location, play will be suspended immediately and players and fans will be required to leave the field. Play will be allowed to resume 30 after the last sound of thunder or sighting of lighting is observed. If a game is in progress, the half will end immediately. If it is the second half, the game will be considered final and the score at that point will be recorded. If the start of the second half of the suspended game delays the onset of the subsequent game, the following actions will occur:

The game suspended will play one 15-minute running time second half and the subsequent game will begin immediately after the preceding game. These games will consist of one 35 minute running time period until games are on schedule. Once games are back on schedule, they will revert to two 22-minuterunning halves.
