VENDOR SPACES: You will be responsible for set up and take down. You will be assigned your space the day of the event. Illegal items will not be allowed to be sold or on the premises.

Garage Sale Vendors – Two parking spaces. Pay in advance at the station $25 prior to May 6thor pay $75 until May 14th, 2016. Space will be assigned.

PLEASE NOTE – the placement of your booth will be outside. You will need to provide your own shade structure, table and chairs. Placement will be organized upon your arrival. You are responsible for your items.

Intending to be legally bound, Vendoragrees as follows:

  1. The Site fee must be paid in full no later than May 14th, 2016; however, earlier payment is preferred. Sites will be assigned on the day of the event & only after payment is received. Prompt payment will aid in placement. The Site fee is for one day,May 14th, 2016.
  2. Set up must be complete by 8 am on 5/14/16 and removal complete no later than 9 pm on 5/14/16. If Vendor fails to leave site in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the event or to tear down in a timely manner, Vendor shall be liable for all clean up and other costs incurred.
  3. The Site is subject to final determination by Four R Broadcasting and non-transferable and non-refundable.
  4. Vendor shall accept full responsibility for the assigned site and further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Four R Broadcasting, its owners, representatives, and agents from and against any and all damages, claims, or losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees,which arise out of or relate to Vendor’s use of the site and attendance at the event.
  5. A TXsales tax identification number (or acceptable equivalent) and health certificate are required for food vendors.
  6. Vendor shall follow all rules and regulations of the event

No set up prior to 6:30am on Saturday May 14th, 2016. No camping allowed.

Your completed application should be mailed or delivered to Four R Broadcasting, 3434 Sherwood Way, San Angelo TX, 76904. Please include the applicable site fee. The fee may be paid by check or cash only.Upon acceptance of the application, we shall have an agreement. Thereafter, a confirmation & other information will beprovided to you.All monies shall be due by and there shall be no refunds. Four R Broadcasting reserves the right to deny access to the event if the applicant fails to provide accurate information and everything requested herein, or for other reasonable cause.

The undersigned represents that the Vendor information above is true and correct, the undersigned is authorized to sign this document, and the Vendor agrees to all of terms and conditions above. Please keep a copy for your records.
