Training Objective:To improve the knowledge of participants with the meaning, importance and procedures for carrying out teachers/instructors training needs analysis at the school/center level, and to enable participants to develop instruments, to carry out the training needs analysis and to prepare the respective report.
Participants: Representatives of 4 schools, identified as members of the CPD Unitsat theschool/center level.
Duration of the training:2 days (12 hours)

Steps to be taken for TNA (gathering of information, analysis of data, identification of needs, preparing the report);

- Presentation of the group work and open discussions.
