Checks of accepted vendors will be cashed after jurying. Waitlist checks will be cashed only if they are accepted into the fair. Failure to include photos or website will cause you to be rejected.

This is an application. NO ONE can assure you of a booth for the ensuing year until the jury meets and or you have received a letter of acceptance. We cannot assure you of any particular booth, but we do our best to accommodate your best wishes.
All county & state licenses, taxes, & sales taxes are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the vendor.
The fair Committee reserves the right to refuse ANY Application without recourse. Persons selling items prohibited by the CRAFT FAIR RULES, including items deemed not primarily hand made by the vendor, items not represented in the jury photos, items deemed to be commercially made, items sold at home party plans, or items that are inappropriate for a school setting, will be removed from the fair without refund of fees.
Cancellation date for full refund is October 1, 2011
If you are accepted, your booth must reflect what is represented in the photos. You may not sell your booth to anyone, nor can you share the booth with anyone who has not been juried with you. Anyone who takes down his/her booth and leaves before the end of the fair on Sunday will not be invited back the following year.
Periodically we receive requests for vendor information from individuals and other craft fairs. Please indicate your preference in having your name released to other organizations.

I have read this contract and the attached rules and agree to abide by them. I agree to assume responsibility for my merchandise and personal property at all times during the entire period of the fair from the beginning of the set up through the close of the fair. I release the Parkway Central Band, Fair Committee, and The Parkway School District and its employees of any liability of loss, theft, damage, or claims of any kind to any merchandise or personal property.
