1:00 pm / Mosquito and Pee Wee (11 and under) / 1 km 1 Small Loop
1:15 pm / Bantam (12 and 13 years old) / 2km 1 Medium Loop
1:30 pm / Midget and Juvenile Women (14 – 17 years) / 3 km 1 Small + 1 Medium Loop
2:00 pm / Midget and Juvenile Men (14-17 years) / 4km 2 Medium Loops
2:15 pm / OpenWomen’s Championship / 5 km 1 Small + 2 Medium Loops

3:00 pm Open Men’s Championship 8 km 4 Medium Loops

ENTRIES

Entries will be on-line through the Trackie website at: note, system will be available by October 1st, 2009). All Entries and confirmations are the responsibility of the athlete. Regular entry deadline is Saturday October31st, 2009. Late entries need to be emailed , and will be subject to the late registration fee below.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course consists of a 1k and 2km loops

The course will be run almost entirely on grass with a small portion that includes dirt and crusher dust trail. For the 2km loop there is one medium size hill, otherwise it is essentially flat. It is important to note that competitors are responsible to know the route and to follow it. Although there will be assistance on the course, the ultimate responsibility is the runners'. Course Maps will not be available on site as they are posted here for printing.

DirectionsFrom Halifax (Approximately 1 hour, 15 minutes)

- Follow Highway 103 towardsthe South Shore, Nova Scotia

- Take Exit #12 off Highway 103

- Turn onto Hwy 10/North Street

- Go straight through the lights and continue on Glen Allan Dr

- Turn left at the set of lights at the bottom of the hill and continue on Highway 3, driving until you see Snyder's Shipyard

- Turn left on Leary Fraser Road

- Watch for the signs on the left (civic #33)

ONSITE FACILITIES

The following services will be available on site; · medical personnel · small canteen facilities · parking · changing facilities and washroom, but showers are not available.

In the main meet building there are three floors. The top floor is for the ladies to change and lounge, the bottom floor is for the guys and the middle floor is common ground for scoring and results.
