- have been an Anchor in good standing for one year and
- be a High School Junior at the time of election (and have one full year remaining in High School).
All other officer nominees shall:
- be Anchor Club members in good standing and
- have at least one full year of high school remaining.
Every nominee must have attended at least one previous TX District Anchor Convention. Send nominations to the Texas District Anchor Coordinator (only one nominee allowed per club).

NOMINEE’S STATEMENT
I understand the obligations for the office for which I have been nominated specifically and agree to abide by the Texas District Anchor Standing Rules and District Anchor Officers Specifications. I pledge that I will:
1.Attend all district meetings when scheduled.
2.Uphold and abide by the policies which Pilot International has established for Anchor clubs.
3.Deliver the files to my successor immediately following the district convention.
4. Act at all times in a manner conducive to enhancing the prestige of Anchor.
5. I have read and agree to all of the Texas District Anchor Officer Nominee

SUBMIT this 2 page NOMINATION FORM and the 2 page TEXAS DISTRICT ANCHOR OFFICER NOMINEE INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS FORM. THESE FORMS MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 1, 2017.
NOMINEE MUST SUBMIT THE ABOVE LISTED 4 PAGES TOTAL IN ORDER FOR NOMINATION TO BE COMPLETE.
ALSO, BECAUSE PILOT INTERNATIONAL REQUIRES INSURANCE TO ATTEND THE CONVENTION IN JULY, PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE CARD(showing coverage through July of the next year) WITH THESE TWO FORMS. Note: Any changes in insurance for an officer after the election must be submitted to PI immediately.
