Languages: Fluent in English, Croatian, Bosnian and Serbian with a strong educational background in Latin and German; literate in Cyrillic-alphabet.
Additional Work Qualifications: Knowledgeable in all major computer applications, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL, Drupal, Camtasia, online training applications (Moodle, GoToWebinar, Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate); have experience in intensive Internet research.
