Provide general and York product specific technical support for our customer base. Teach product familiarization and troubleshooting classes. Conduct site visits to assist dealers to start-up and troubleshoot equipment. Serve as liaison with the York factory team. Answer operational and application questions for sales and parts personnel.

Develop curriculum and program materials for open entry - open exit, self pacedHVAC program. Provide instruction for high school and adult students.
