Welcome to the 2013 Pageant , Prom, and Formal Wear Sale at CW Davis Middle School. We are excited to have you join us for this unique sale. Please follow the instructions for this sale as it will not be run through our typical My Consignment Manager software.

Desired Drop Off Time: (5:00-6:00 Friday February 8th)…We will be doing drop off times every 15 minutes…we will send you a confirmation email with your confirmed drop off time.

2)Print off the 2nd page of this document and create tags (can be hand written or used with MS Word).

3) You will need to hang your dresses so that the hanger makes a “?” when the front of the dress is facing you. You will pin the tag to an inside label, so that the SAFETY pin does not put holes in the dress!!! This is very important. If your dress does not have a tag on the inside, please secure the tag to the hanger. We will check your tags as you are bringing your dresses in. If you have any questions about it though, you may give us a call!

4)Shoes and accessories will need to be secured in a clear ziplock bag. Please tape the tag to the OUTSIDE of the ziplock bag with clear tape.

5)Please make sure that all dresses are clean and free if rips and tares.

6)Pricing: We leave pricing completely up to you. Traditionally prices should be between 20-40 percent of what the item costs at full retail, depending on style, and how much wear it shows.

Traditional Consignment procedures apply to this sale. Sellers earn 70% of the sales price of the items that have sold minus a $3.00 seller fee. Payments will be sent out with in 10 business days and are void after 30 days. All items not sold will need to be picked up between 5:00pm and 5:30pm at the CW Davis Middle School Gym.
