The Department of Children, Youth, and Families for placement in foster care. The Department shall have placement and care authority over the child, with authority to place the child and to provide services to the child and family. Legal custody of the child remains with the child’s parent.
3.3The at-risk-youth petition filed by the parents is granted and the CHINS petition is dismissed.
3.4The Department of Children, Youth, and Families shall prepare and submit a disposition plan.
