It is hereby agreed by and between the Board of Trustees of Community College

District No. 3, hereinafter called the College, and the person named above,

hereinafter called the Employee, that the so-named shall be employed on a part-

time basis by the College as a part-time teaching faculty member during the

College Calendar as now or hereinafter amended.

This offer of employment is made subject to the Laws of the State of Washington.

The policies and rules of the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges

and the Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 3 as are now adopted

and/or hereinafter amended. Said laws, policies or rules are hereby made a part

of the terms and conditions of this offer of employment the same as though they

had been expressly set forth herein.

This contract is offered in good faith, but is not an assurance of employment

at Olympic College. This appointment is subject to cancellation for under-

enrollment, class cancellation, and other business reasons in the discretion of

College management. This appointment and this position are not subject to

tenure and the College shall not be required to provide a tenure review

committee. The Employee expressly disclaims all rights granted to probationary

faculty members under RCW 28B.50.850-870.

Instructional Supervisor or Human Resources Supervisor immediately if you feel

an error has been made, if clarification is necessary, or if you are unable to

fulfill this assignment.
