OF DEFRAYING ACTUAL OR ESTIMATED COSTS OF CONSTRUCTING PLANNED

REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES. The Ordinance was read by Title, the

CHAPTER 82.34 OF THE CORONADO MUNICIPAL CODE ADOPTING A

TRANSPORTATION UNIFORM MITIGATION FEE PROGRAM FOR THE PURPOSE

OF DEFRAYING ACTUAL OR ESTIMATED COSTS OF CONTRUCTING PLANNED

REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES. The Ordinance, having been placed on First

Reading on March 4, 2008, was read by Title, the reading in its entirety unanimously waived and

adopted by Council as ORDINANCE NO 1991. The City Council also adopted A RESOLUTION

ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF A REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION CONGESTION

IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FEE TO MITIGATE THE IMPACTS OF DEVELOPMENT

OF RESIDENTIAL UNITS ON THE SAN DIEGO REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION

ARTERIAL SYSTEM. The Resolution was read by Title, the reading in its entirety unanimously

waived and adopted by Council as RESOLUTION NO. 8276.

Consideration of Amending the Contract for the State Route 75/282 Transportation YESYESYESYESYES

Corridor Project to Perform Additional Analysis on: (1) a Modified Alternative

Taking a West Portal Entry Partially off NASNI Property and (2) a Toll

Feasibility Study. The City Council approved an amendment to the contract with PB

Americas for the SR 75/282 Transportation Corridor to: 1) Perform additional analysis

to incorporate a tunnel Option 2 for Alternative 4B which takes the west portal

entry off of NASNI property; and 2) Add additional tasks for a toll/public-private

partnership (PPP) feasibility study.

06.17.08Renewal of the Contract with Ledford Enterprises, Inc. for Regional Advocacy of the State

Route 75/282 Transportation Corridor Project.The City Council renewed the agreement

with Ledford Enterprises, Inc. for professional services and authorized the expenditure of

up to $73,200 from account #410735-9820-901OTH for this purpose.

Acceptance of the Harris and Associates Report on the Intersection Analysis and YESYESYESYESYES

Reconfiguration Study of Pomona Avenue, Adella Avenue and Seventh Street and

Direction to Staff on any Subsequent Action Regarding this Intersection. Accept the

Harris & Associates report.

Direct staff to try a roundabout on a temporary basis. YESYESYESYESYES
