AGREEMENT
1、When the foreign student enrolls in the College （see note）, the passport must be handed over to the secretary of Foreign Students Affairs for safe-keeping.（Avoiding the student from making use of it to look for a job or to make a living in Taiwan.）
2、If the student quits or leaves the College ,（withdraw his /her studies or being terminated）before completion of his/ her studies, he /she must comply as follows：
（1）Compensate the College for quitting or suspending.（It costs NT$20,000 each school term. If the days less than a school term will be counted as a full one.）
（2）Go through the formalities of leaving the College.
（3）The College will send the expelled student to the airport to ensure that the student is leaving Taiwan. The passport will be returned to the expelled student when through the customs house.
3、All the above were put into effect from 20thSept.1990. Anyone who violates these should be responsible for all the results of violation.
