3 / Awards Ceremony - 4/6/16 - 11-12.30 sevens at Deer Park, 12.30pm Meadows, speeches to be outside Piggery with a BBQ for all attending. Emma to order 200 burgers, 200 buns and vegetarian burgers to be purchased at Costco by Rachel. Committee members to help out with food. Feed first then Speeches / Emma Kemp and Rachel / 04/06 / open
4 / Aiden Country Park presentation day 11/06 to be promoted on Facebook page. S1 and S2 awards presented here starting at 10 am Followed by run at 12 .30 + touch games, / various / 11/06 / open
5 / Rugby Force – 13 /08
- Alistair Kellock offering 1 Years support for a club
- New ‘v’ repairing existing scoreboard
- General clean up /painting Fence / ongoing
6 / All youth training now at Deer Park with Junior training on 1st pitch til 4/6 when it closes for the summer / ongoing
7 / Coaches for next year – sorted apart from girls – more structured for girls next season with coaching being shared through the Youth section. / ongoing
8 / Letter to MORRISONS/Tesco - Rachel to write to book slots for next year. / Rachel / asap / ongoing
9 / Middleton trust quiz U15 boy and girls came 1st and 2nd and raised £220 for the club / closed
10 / SGM/AGM on 14/06 Positions on this committee needing to be filled Convenor and Vice Convenor – likely candidates to be approached / 14/06 / ongoing

- Paid out £960 to Brenda and £1140 to Simpsons
- Still owed from trust account £6500 Orkney money and Midweek fees
- Expecting £1300 from Red Conference

- Possible outlays New kit and balls for the coming season / Graham Ritchie
12 / Red Conference – Moving to the U13/U14 route from S1/S2 / ongoing

Possible Kim Jamison from Garioch to bring their girls here to Coach and mix teams to encourage progression into Garioch for adult ladies rugby. / Peter
