Halloween is here and Christmas is just around the corner. October is a great month to sell off some of your last years Christmas inventory. Canadian Tire, Walmart, Costco, etc have had their Christmas inventory out for 2 months. Our best season of the year is coming upon us. Keep your stores stuffed with inventory to maximize sales.

As 2004 progresses our same store sales year over year got stronger. In September, 61% of our stores showed sales increase with an average of 3.64% increase. With Buck or Two closing over 100 stores in the last 2 months, we have a prime chance to gain new customers and increase market share for our stores.

I once again have to mention what an outstanding job you are doing out there. In Lloydminster a 12,000 sq/ft 99-cent store opened this summer and our sales in September were up 5%. In Prince George a 5000 sq/ft Everything for Dollar opened and all three of our stores were up, 9%, 8% and 29%. In Edmonton, Palisades a 10,000 sq/ft 99-cent store opened across the street and our sales were up 12%. Keep up the good work.

Congratulations to all our Top Producers for September 2004!

Thanks,

David
