Congratulations,
Your child has been selected to participate as a part of the 2015-2016 Chato Dance Team – “Razzle”.
As a “Razzle” dance team member, your child is a full Chato Dance Team member. Participation in all Chato activities, events, performances, meeting, parades, rules and regulations, etc… is still required. However, your child will need to continue to grow and improve on his/her overall dance skills, techniques and knowledge of all routines to maintain his/her position as a “Razzle” Chato. In addition, all members audition every performance routine in front of the Director. The Director will place only her strongest performers on the dance floor. The Director’s decision is final.
Second semester teams are again determined by a panel of 3 adjudicators.
I want to make it very clear on where your child was selected to participate this upcoming school year before you attend Vendor’s Night. I do not want you to have any surprises when it comes to her performing as a Chato “Razzle” Dance Team Member.

Please fill out the bottom portion and return it tomorrow, May 7, 2015 to allow your child to participate in next few weeks’ MANDATORY TEAM events.
· May 11-14, 18 & 19 2:30-4:40
o MANDATORY After School Rehearsal/Camp = $50 required to participate
o paid at Vendor’s Night
· May 15 3:00-7:00 come and go
o MANDATORY Vendor’ Night
o Go on line for Vendor’s Night directions
o Both Parent and Chato ARE REQUIRED to attend
· May 15 7:10-8:00
o MANDATORY Parent/CHATO meeting
o Both Parent and Chato ARE REQUIRED to attend
FAILURES TO MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL AUTOMOATICALLY REMOVE A STUDENT FROM THE CHATO DANCE TEAM.
I have read, fully understand and agree to the above letter regarding my child being selected as a part of the Chato “Razzle” Dance Team and the upcoming requirements regarding after school rehearsals, Vendor’s Night and Parent/Chato meeting.
