Safety:
You will be allocated a named teacher.YOU MUST stay with your allocated teacher at all times whilst travelling on the tube. Do not board a train unless yourallocated teacher has instructed you. It may be necessary for us to travel separately in small groups on overcrowded trains.
Tube stations can be dangerous when crowded. You must be particularly careful to listen for instructions. Do not cross the yellow line on the platform.
If you become separated from the main group do not panic. Continue to the destination tube station if possible, then follow the way out sign and ask for help from the station staff. You should ask to telephone the school mobile number.

Itinerary:
Paddington – Westminster Station via Bakerloo line East / change at Baker Street- Jubilee line South to Westminster
WestminsterStation – London Eye
London Eye – Waterloo Station
Waterloo –Liverpool Streetvia Waterloo line to Bank / change to Central line
Circular walk round City to Brick Lane and back to Liverpool Street
Liverpool Street – Tower Hillvia Circle line
Tower Hill DLR to CanaryWharfvia DLR
Canary Wharf – Paddington via Jubilee line west to Baker Street/change to Bakerloo line west for Paddington
London Field Trip
What to bring:
Wear warm clothes and a rucksack- type bag with the following:
- Pen/pencil
- Packed lunch
- Money for tea
Optional:
- Mobile phone
- Camera
No mp3 / CD players AT ANY TIME whilst on the tube or doing fieldwork
We will be doing a LOT of walking and travelling on crowded trains – don’t bring too much stuff!
