You are invited to participate as a sponsor for the 8th Annual Mid-Atlantic Regional Symposium in Atlantic City, NJ at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa on June 9–11, 2010. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Symposium is co-hosted by the Philadelphia, New Jersey and Chesapeake Chapters of the Turnaround Management Association. The Mid-Atlantic Symposium attracts over 300 professionals engaged in the corporate renewal process, including crisis management and turnaround professionals, attorneys, financial advisors, lenders, investment bankers, appraisers, liquidators and investors.Conference attendees include professionals from the Philadelphia, Wilmington, New York, New Jersey and Maryland regions, as well as several bankruptcy judges. The Turnaround Management Association (www.turnaround.org) is the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management.

The Symposium is pleased to offer your firm the opportunity to serve as a sponsor for one of the various educational sessions, networking functions, optional sporting clay shooting or spa luncheon events, luncheon, breakfast and refreshment breaks, or for one of our keynote speakers at this annual event. WHO SHOULD SPONSOR?

Event sponsorships are open to organizations that are looking for visibility and exposure amongst TMA’s diverse group of professionals.

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

As a sponsor of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Symposium, you have the option to participate as an “Exclusive Sponsor” or a “Co-sponsor.” Various sponsorships are priced so that your firm can sponsor exclusively as the sole sponsor of an event/item or you can share an event with other companies at the co-sponsor price. A firm that chooses to co-sponsor an event/item will not have the right to refuse another firm’s opportunity to co-sponsor the same event/item. TMA will work with each sponsoring firm to help customize a benefit package that meets its’ needs.

SPONSOR BENEFITS

All sponsors will receive a “Standard” set of benefits as listed below in addition to any customized benefits for a specific sponsorship:

·  Acknowledgement in the brochure (must be confirmed prior to printing deadline).

·  Acknowledgement on the TMA Symposium website page (updated frequently).

·  Acknowledgement in the scrolling list of sponsors featured on the plasma screen(s) located near the registration desk at the Conference as well as on signage located throughout the event.

·  Pre and post conference attendee rosters in Excel format. The pre-conference attendee roster will be updated and circulated to sponsors 30 and 15 days prior to the conference.

·  “Sponsor” ribbons for your firm’s attendee name badges.

Sponsorships from $1,000 and above Standard benefits package in addition to any customized benefits for a specific sponsorship And your firm will have the opportunity to display your firm’s marketing materials and/or giveaway items on tables located near the conference registration desk.
