St. Vrain Bungalow Reservation Form
1. This form must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. The reservation process is not complete until you, or the requesting Young Life staff member, have received a copy of the confirmed reservation. Questions? Call the Front Desk @ 381-1775.
2. A usage fee will be charged to the account number listed below after the stay has been completed. Obtaining and paying for food, additional supplies, etc. is the responsibility of host/guest. The host is responsible for checking the house and removing food upon guest departure. Credit cards and personal checks are accepted. Guests can leave this information in their room or deliver to SC front desk upon departure.
3. A front door access code will be provided to the host/guest upon approval. Check-in time is after 2 p.m., and check-out time is prior to 10 a.m.
