INFORMATION BULLETIN
The Fifth Regular Meeting of 2008 of the Summit Implementation Review Group (SIRG) will be held in Washington D.C. on November 17-19, 2008 at the Liberator Simon Bolivar Room located at the OAS Headquarters on 17th Street & Constitution Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C.
The following information will assist you in preparation for attendance at the Meeting.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
All transportation arrangements must be made by the Delegates/Representatives or their corresponding Permanent Missions to the OAS. CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The meeting will be held in the Simon Bolivar Room on the First Floor at the Main building of the OAS headquarters.
There is a Delegate’s Lounge on the First Floor of the building which has computers equipped with Internet access, word processing programs, etc for your use.

REGISTRATION
Registration will take place at the OAS Main Building from 8:00 a.m. on Monday 17th November, 2008 in the area located immediately outside of the Simon Bolivar Room, prior to the start of the meeting.
To facilitate the processing of ID cards, delegates are requested to submit a completed SIRG registration form to the Summits of the Americas Secretariat by November 12, 2008 for the attention of Technical Coordinator for the Summit Implementation Review Group (SIRG), Alejandro Aristizábal.
