Cart riders will start on 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17. Caddie holes will start with 1, 2, 10, 11, 7, 9, (18) if needed.

§  Amount to be collected from each player: $69.00 w/golf cart; $57.00 w/rented pull cart; $136.00 w/caddie; $51.00 own pull cart or walking.

q  One 6-foot table for WGANC scorecards (no chairs).

q  The Director will notify the Open Day Chair, Golf Pro and Food & Beverage Manager on 10/10/15 (10 days in advance date) regarding the number of entries received, and will notify the Open Day Chair, Golf Pro and Food & Beverage Manager on 10/15/15(5 days before the tournament) the final non-cancellation count.

q  Tables should be set up in rounds of eight. DIC will provide table signs.

WOMEN’S COMMITTEE:

q  Number of volunteers needed to:

#2 Collect money from players for sweeps, carts, and meals.

#4 Direct players to tee assignments.

§  Time: 8:15

#2 Direct Players on Course 1 at 1 to 2 and 10 to 11; 1 at 2 to 3 and 16 to 17

#2-3 Pick up scorecards and deliver to computer room.

§  Time: 1:00 pm

#1 Assist in awarding golf balls at lunch.

§  Time: 1:00 pm

GENERAL

q  Dress Code – Women are required to wear Bermuda-length shorts and or skirts, or slacks. Collared shirt, blouse, sweater or jacket. Shorts and skirts can be no shorter than 5 inches from the middle of the back of the knee. Shirts must not rise above the midriff at any time during the golf swing. No denim. Soft spikes only. Hats and golf shoes are not permitted in the clubhouse.

q  Players must adhere to the host club’s dress code both on the golf course and the premises of the club. The Pro Shop and/or the women’s 18-hole group of the host club will enforce the dress code, not WGANC.

q  No electronic devices, GPS or View Finders allowed. Medi Alerts are available at Holes 4/5; 6/7; 11/14. Cell phones can be used in cases of Emergency only

q  Location of restrooms on course: Ladies Locker Room by Pro-Shop, on course en route to #3, adjacent to #6 tee box and en route to #17. (Entrance code is 421#)

q  Special decorations are not necessary.
