The products are gathered from over 100 suppliers, including major trade suppliers in both Australia and New Zealand.

how to use XebraSource™
1:Read through the following outline below first
2:Then log into your Xebra System, click into the Order Entry node and activate your XebraSource by clicking on the Aqua Xebrasource icon near the top right of your screen.
3:Now try some searches using the different options available.
XebraSource™ Outline
The first page you will see allows you to establish search criteria to locate the right product for your customer
Product Categories and Sub-Categories are provided with dropdown boxes to ensure consistency between suppliers and distributors. The supplier selection box also offers a dropdown list that shows all participating XebraSource™ suppliers. Distributors have the option of identifying their favourite suppliers as preferred suppliers. If this option is exercised, only listings from preferred suppliers will be shown. Searches may be limited by suggested retail price range or Key Words in the item descriptions. Keep key words to a minimum and always in the singular. You may also find it more efficient to change the Results to display to 50 to save having to scroll to next page or previous page when you get a lot of results.
Sort options for the results are also available.
In a real situation, the search shown above would produce hundreds, if not thousands of items. Our demonstration database is very small and all items are attributed to one fictitious supplier.
The advanced database technology used by XebraSource™ has the power to manage hundreds of thousands of items. It is our goal to have every trade promotional products supplier in Australia and New Zealand list their product catalogues in XebraSource™.
When one of the results is double clicked, the item detail is presented.
Click the Adobe pdf icon on the top left will generate apdf document that shows the product description with image that can be shown to your customer. An additional pdf provides distributors with additional suppliers and pricing information.
The Item name and item number is displayed. Images are resampled to a uniform size for the Item detail window. Clicking on an image displays it in the size submitted by the supplier.
The Supplier name is presented and clicking on View displays their contact information.
A generous area is provided for suppliers to provide detailed information about the item.
The unit of measure and minimum order quantity is displayed
The SRP is displayed. Although this is titled Suggested Retail Price, it is really an indicative decorated price to allow you to search by a customer’s budget in the search criteria
Some suppliers may have “related items” and these would appear in the bottom right hand window.
Suppliers may also provide a direct link to their website from the web link at the foot of the page.
Previous and Next buttons allow you to scroll backwards and forwards through your search results without having to close the detail window.
Clicking the Price Table will display a separate window with your current buy pricing. The price table provides the distributor with ordering and price information. Suppliers may individually provide distributors with discounts that are reflected in the prices listed. This keeps the distributor from having to do the arithmetic and keeps the suppliers actual prices confidential. Distributors are able to load percentage discounts provided by suppliers into their “preferred supplier” list.
