1 / Create & own acustomer insightsplan which identifies target audience needs, barriers to participation and satisfaction with key products and services across lifecycle. Share and adapt research studies with key stakeholders across Trust to inform, shape and influence product/service improvements and delivery. / Customer satisfaction results shared across organization driving improvements in service and leading to insight led propositions.
A customer centric organisation
2 / Manage & lead the annual campaign & marketing plan, working with sports development teams. A plan that hasinternal buy in & drives customer engagement, participation and income for WSC, across both existing sports products (climbing, football and tennis) and new products. / Increase in participation, satisfaction & income levels
3 / Working with centre manager and sales team to create, manage and deliver acquisition & retention marketing plan for Portobello Green Fitness Club. The objective of the plan is to drive the necessary level of enquiries to achieve membership targets and achieve retention levels.. / Positive net membership growth & associated revenue, targets met.
4 / Develop & launch insight led sports basedpropositions that target key consumer segments, raise awareness and increase participation. / Increase in participation, satisfaction & income levels
5 / Create and launchB to B propositions and manage marketing plan. This will Include tailored corporate packages, seasonal events and commercial film shoot packages. / Increasein commercial bookings & income
6 / Work with customer services manager team to up-skill, improve product knowledge sales training to increase booking conversion and customer satisfaction levels. / Engaged informed customer service team resulting in increased consumer and business bookings.
7 / Support sports and marketing directors in identifying, creating & manage preferred partnership programmeswhich drive new income streams, in venue branding and advertising, community partnership activities. / Improved venue branding. Increase in partnership income & participation
8 / CRM – Marketing plan to integrate with CRM strategy- including accurately capturing prospect data & creating CRM campaigns with comms team. / CRM campaign metrics, increased engagement, response and participation.
9 / Work closely with marketing communications team, to provide clear comms brief for all marketing activity with clear objectives. / Effective communications which increase brand awareness & engagement and achieve campaign objectives.
