MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

POSITION GOAL:

Management Associate (MA) is a Trainee for the position of Division Sales Manager which is the link between AVON and our entrepreneurs-sales leaders. MA is also back-up for DSM and National Sales Manager CR/SR.

MA promotes organizational goals and implements field strategies to achieve sales targets.

The successful person will be responsible for:

Planning and achievement of the division’s objectives, as expressed in KEY Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Analyze market to understand its characteristic and opportunities
  • Work with head of Sales and sales leaders to achieve plans
  • Establish plans and focus performance KPI´s and priorities for sales leaders

Recruiting, Training and developing of sales leaders and their teams

  • Recruiting qualified sales leaders candidates
  • Cooperate closely with training department
  • Act as a Role model, Develop talents

Coordinating the allocations of resources to meet planned objectives

  • Integrate sales initiatives with national programs to increase their impact in the market
  • Coordinate and plan activities with other department within the company (Marketing,…)
  • Ensure that budget allocations are targeted to activities offering maximum payback

Measuring performance to monitor success and take corrective action

  • Monitor performance in all KPI´s in a regular basis
  • Interpret KPI report data to anticipate potential issues and opportunities
  • Performance monitoring: daily, per campaign and quarterly

Our requirements are:

  • Higher education
  • At least 5 years experience in Sales
  • Advanced level of English knowledge
  • Excellent analytical skills (to collect, process and transform the data into insightful value adding information)
  • Manages task/multiple projects to meet deadlines, and within budget
  • Understands the needs of business
  • Deep knowledge of direct selling business model
  • Strong leadership skills (negotiating/influencing skills, able to facilitate group discussions
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and presentation skills (oral and written); ability to communicate at all levels throughout the whole sales force
  • Coaches and mentors his/her team effectively
  • Regularly interfaces with the team of sales leaders and middle management of the company;
  • Highest interaction with National Sales Senior Manager CR/SR and Commercial Director CR/SR
