New York, NY May 21, 2008– VP Records is set to release the long-awaited and latest installment of Reggae Gold on June 17th, 2008. The album is one of reggae’s most anticipated releases of the year and will be the definitive collection from the genrethis summer.
The new Reggae Gold collection features a varied assortment of top reggae artists and hits including Stephen Marley & Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, marking the first time any Marley family member has been featured on a VP release, theinternational smash “Calabria” by Enur featuring Natasja, as well as tracks by Beenie Man, and Wayne Wonder featuring Trina.Reggae Gold will include an exclusive bonus DJ mix disc created by Mighty Crown Sound System.
