You can enter your official team for Denmark any of the following ways but you only need to enter one set of Official Entry Forms.
a)Online through the Members Section by using the login details you have been sent last year. Once you click submit the entries will automatically be sent to the General Secretary. (any problems please revert to me)
b)Complete the Entry Forms emailed and return by fax or email to the General Secretary. These forms can be emailed to ,
Faxed to 00353-59-8625172 or posted to: Anna Marie McHugh, General Secretary World Ploughing Organization, Fallaghmore, Athy, Co.Kildare, Ireland.
c)Complete the Entry Forms that I have posted to your address.
If you choose to fill out the forms by hand please do so in block handwriting to make sure the words are easily identified.
CERTIFICATE OF EVIDENCE
The General Secretary must receive a signed copy of the Certificate of Evidence.

Please find the 2015 Information Booklets attached for your team. You can also download from the members’ area of website.
Following a decision taken at the last Board Meeting in Canada, countries that have not paid their affiliation will not be able to register for the Official Programme in Denmark.
Submission of Entry Forms to General Secretary does not book your Team on the Official Programme – that is a separate booking through the host organization on

I would appreciate if you could let me know by return if you are receiving email correspondence from me and let me know if you would prefer to receive a hard copy of all mail.
ITEMS FOR BOARD MEETING AGENDA IN DENMARK – please discuss with your National Associations and send your proposals to General Secretary no later than the end of May 2015.
If you have any difficulty at all filling out the forms and need any guidance please do not hesitate to phone me or email me for assistance – the important thing is to get the information submitted correctly so whatever assistance that requires is not a problem.
