Merrill Lynch's Wealth Report for Asia-Pacific Region is to be released first in the 8th World Knowledge Forum

For the past 10 years, Merrill Lynch's World Wealth Report has got its fame in the field of business and economy, due to its first try for the analysis of `millionaire' and their way of investment. However, it did not, yet, go through the Asia-Pacific Region until last year. Last year's wealth report has got so much attention, because no other report examine the number and the growth of the High Net Worth Individuals on a country level.

Now, its second report is going to be released for the first time in Seoul in the 8th World Knowledge Forum with more depth. Like the last year's, the wealth report for the year of 2007 will also count the number of high net worth individuals(HNWI), who have more than $1 million in assets not including their houses, in 8 countries, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia and South Korea and India.

The Asia-Pacific region has been making the most rapid development than any other regions in the world and a majority of these investigated eight nations were also categorized as top ten markets boasting the most rapid growth of HNWIs last year.

More information will unveil in the press conference on Tuesday, the 16th of Oct. at 10:30am in the Sheraton Walkerhill Hotel, where the World Knowledge Forum will take place. As last year's Asia-Pacific Region's Wealth Report inspired thousands of people, this year will not be an exception, instead, this unique report will give more thorough contents than last year's.
