Outcomes: Understand the relationship between PWS products and how they are displayed in a newspaper. Understand the requirement for consistency from products produced by PWS.

Disaster Mitigation Workshop

PWS in support of disaster prevention and mitigation. How to improve communication and coordination. Views of users of the NMS information. Tropical Cyclones, Tsunami.

Outcomes: Develop techniques to improve communication and coordination with partners. Improved understanding of PWS role during disaster events.
