hereby pledge to fully abide by the regulations, decisions and instructions issued by the CMC, and to recourse to CMC's website (www.cmc.iq) for reviewing the new regulations and instructions issued in this regard:
1. All devices we import are in conformity with the requirements of safety, electromagnetic compliance, and specification standards issued by CMC.
2. Devices we import are manufactured by internationally developed and recognized entities according to the technical capabilities available at CMC required by security authorities in Iraq, including (ETSI).
3. Commitment to quickly submit the necessary documents to prove that the devices match the standards set by CMC, besides any other documents or evidence related, upon request.
4. Commitment, upon request, to provide CMC or other competent governmental authorities with an inventory of all devices imported, purchasers, and installation sites.
5. Provide CMC with the types of the imported telecommunications devices and their serial numbers. It is impermissible to sell or supply telecommunications devices and accessories of whatever kind to any concerned party (whether governmental or private) without obtaining a frequency license from CMC in regard to these devices.
6. It is impermissible to import communications devices and accessories without prior frequency authorization and type approval.
7. Commitment to cooperate with CMC, other relevant and security-related governmental departments engaged in requests for the necessary software of those devices and their installations.
8. Commitment, upon the sale of these devices to beneficiaries for the purpose of use or re-sell, to take a pledge from such beneficiaries that they must adhere to all conditions set forth above, and to retain a copy of such pledge for future reference if requested by CMC or other competent governmental authorities.
9. Non-importers retailers shall not sell any device without obtaining purchasers' supporting documents, and shall provide the Importer Company or Dealer with a copy of such documents. Meanwhile, the Company or the Importer shall at the same time provide CMC with those documents within a maximum period of seven days.
10. Compliance with regulations in force in Iraq, and other regulations governing the services provided.
11. Compliance with any additional requirements issued by CMC in the future.
12. In the case of non-compliance with any of the conditions and provisions set above, we will be subject to accountability and penalties that CMC and other governmental competent authorities determine.
13. Compliance to pay all the fees set by CMC.
