President Report
President Mark Bablitch discussed the excessive rain over the summer and Dukes talks of leaving Miso. Scott Hoggatt also gave a brief update on the Elm Road units.
Reports of Committees
Scholarship Committee – Mark Bablitch reports that Erin Haugom, under the sponsorship of Hal Haugom, MGE, applied for and has been approved to receive the SOS Scholarship. A letter will be drafted and sent to her.
Unfinished Business
We had talked about WUMS taking over the National APDA responsibility. There doesn’t seem to be enough interest from people in becoming officers. The UMW region has volunteered to become the national representatives if WUMS can not so we will let them take it.
New Business
This fall meeting was unhosted and set up by the APDA. We are planning on keeping the fall meetings this way going forward. Mark asked if there were any preferences or suggestions for places and it suggested that we have another meeting at Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan.
The President position is up for election in the Spring of 2011.
The Trustee position is up for election in the Fall of 2011.

Next Meeting
The Spring 2011 meeting will be hosted by Madison Gas and Electric on April 12 – April 14. The Fall meeting will be October 4 – October 6.
