Program- Wednesday

As a small business owner, Judy Meyer, President of Meyer & Associates LLC, understands and appreciates the challenges associated with today’s business environment. She knows that today more than ever based on the current economy we need to sharpen our skills to retain our customers and secure an even stronger market share. Judy will share with us how to “Tap the Power Within”.

This is a fun packed, energy building, inspirational program designed to get people excited, energized and focused on that “Can Do Attitude”. Its purpose is to help us realize the way to attain our goals, reach our visions, inspire others to reach higher levels and consistently lead richer and fuller lives.

The program has five focus areas: Positive Attitude, Organizational Skills, Willingness to take A Risk, Energy & Enthusiasm, and Relationships. In each of the five areas program participants will get actively involved and look at ways to attain, maintain and retain each of these five drivers.

In the afternoon, participants will be divided into three round table discussion groups which will focus on “your problems”. We will discuss topics you want to talk about and see if we can resolve some of those nagging issues.

The afternoon session will culminate in a very informal pizza social where you can have fun and share experiences with your fellow managers.

Program – Thursday

Round table discussions continue to be the main focus. We will again break into three separate discussion groups and then delve deep into topics you have chosen. We will finish up the morning as a group and share the valuable information you have requested.

Wednesday: Following the afternoon session,dinner will be served with beer, soda and pizza. This will be a great opportunity to talk and mingle with other mutual members.

Thursday: Continental breakfast is included with all overnight stays. Rolls, pastries and fruit will be available just before session start.

Registration Fee: $110includes sessions, Wednesday's noon lunch and evening dinner, Thursday's breakfast, and coffee/water/soda breaks. Registration deadline is October 12, 2015.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in our office 6 business days before the seminar are fully refunded; after that, a $25 fee will be charged. No refunds will be given unless the WAMIC office is notified 24 hours before the start of the seminar.

Late Fee: All registrations received in our office after the registration deadlineof October 12, 2015 will be subject to a $25.00 late fee.
