Winter Break R & R
During the winter break you can earn extra fun by doing Math AND/OR Reading for a minimum of 6 times over the 12-day break. We encourage at least 3 days of reading and 3 days of math for at least 20 minutes. Check the box or boxes you complete each day and have your parent sign in approval. Return this form to school on January 3rd to redeem your incentive reward! If you’re reading your books for AR POINTS, jot down the title and the author on the reverse side so it’s easy to log in when you return.

Hang on to photos, ticket stubs, drawings, wrappers, cards and anything else you would like to add to your new writing journal for 2017! Place the items in a Ziploc bag with your name and bring them to school when you return so they can be added to your journal! We look forward to starting the New Year off with time to write and reflect!
