Code of Conduct for all Exhibitors

All must agree to Code of Conduct:

(Those who are camping please bring a signed copy of the form with you and hand in on arrival)

  1. The site opens for Exhibitors and stall holders to set up from 12pm on Friday 20th July.
  2. Exhibitors/stall holders enter at the Aveley Road entrance which will be clearly marked.
  3. Exhibitors and stall holders may camp on site until 12pm on Monday.
  4. There will be toilets on site which are open 24/7.
  5. There is access to running water.
  6. There are NO shower facilities on site.
  7. There will be an on site BBQ at the Damyns Hall Café on the Friday evening from 6pm where you can purchase delicious burgers, sausages, chicken, salads etc. We do not have a license to sell alcohol on the Friday evening, but you are welcome to bring your own.
  8. Those camping get free access to the Havering LIVE: Tribute Festival concert which takes place on the Saturday evening. This event is open to the public (who will pay to come in). Gates open at 4pm and the concert is scheduled to finish at 9pm. The bar will be open from 4pm and will shut at 10pm. We sell a range of drinks at reasonable prices.
  9. The Damyns Hall Café will be open during the day on Saturday. There will also be onsite catering units that will be open during the duration of the concert until 10:00pm.
  10. Security will be present at the concert from 4pm – 10pm. Please note that their main role will be to ensure the safety and smooth running of the event at the ticket gate. Their role will not be to patrol the exhibitors camping area so anything you do leave will be at your own risk. The will be no security on site at any other point across the weekend.
  11. Whilst camping at the site no excessive noise must be made which could cause a nuisance to others. Generators should not be used on a show site or camping site between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the site if they are making too much noise during this period.
  12. The Wings & Wheels event will be open to the public on Sunday between 10am and 5pm.
  13. The site gates will be locked overnight between the hours of 11pm – 6:30am so vehicles cannot get in or leave. However, people will be able to leave the site, should they wish, on foot. This will not affect emergency vehicle access.
  14. A strict speed limit of 5mph will be enforced for vehicles moving within the site on all days.
  15. No blank firing of weapons is permitted anywhere on site at any time.
  16. No open fires are permitted. Barbecues are permitted but only if attended at all times and with access to a fire extinguisher.
  17. We welcome at this show a range of exhibitors, living history, re-enactors and vehicles from different periods. We are unable to accept any WWII German uniforms.
  18. Any exhibitors bring dogs must ensure that they are kept on a lead at all times.
  19. A manned first aid post will present on Saturday from 4pm – 10pm and on Sunday from 9am – 5:30pm. There will be a number of first aid boxes located around the site.
  20. Damyns Hall is a live aerodrome so exhibitors and visitors must not cross the fence to the live aerodrome side nor touch any of the aircraft as some are delicate and easily damaged... or something to that effect

Havering Mind do not provide any insurance, whether life or medical or liability, for any illness, accident, injury, death, loss or damage that may arise in connection with the attendance at, and/or participation in the Event by each Participant. Havering Mind also accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any property.

Please note: If you do not wish to camp onsite you can still arrive on site on the day to exhibit your vehicle. Gates for exhibitors open at 7:30am.

We advise you to bring torches/flash lights to the event.
