  2. Wine, Food:Wine vendor Food:(All wineries spaces are 20x20 Please bring two tents and spread out to make it better for guests unless otherwise indicated 10x10 space bring extra tents if you have them in case of rain)
  3. Wine/Food Sampling: may NOT charge guests with tickets/wristbands a fee for sampling. Wine sales by the glass, bottle and case are encouraged. Wine by the glass must be no more than 5oz.
  4. Once assigned a space you may not move unless approved by host. If you are set up in the wrong space and it is designated for a winery you will be asked to move to the correct space.
  5. Exhibitors must furnish their own set-up materials (extension cords, tents, tables, chairs, ICE, etc).
  6. In the event you do not show up for Any reason we will not refund.
  7. All vendors must have enough staff/food/wine to support large groups of people. Last minute staffing problems, we may be able to staff your booth when problems arise.
  8. Events are not cancelled due to weather. If you choose not to attend/participate due to the weather no fees will be returned. Events on proceed on the date rain or shine. Setup begins Friday 3-4pm, Saturday 10-11am.
  9. Wine Check: SATURDAY ONLY starts at 2:30 and Last pick up is 5:15. Folks can pick up wine until 6:30 but if you sell wine after 5:15 you must either have them take it with them or deliver to wine check area before you leave. Place all wine in Wine Pick Up Area, we will show you the area when you arrive at the festival.
  10. Trash cans are provided for the public, place all trash on pallet where the wine pickup location is.
  11. Full payment is required to reserve space. No space will be reserved until payment is received.
  12. Exhibits must be manned at all times. There shall be no early breakdowns. Booths must remain set up until 9pm Friday and 6PM Saturday.
  13. If check is returned from bank a $35.00 charge will be charged to you.
  14. All Vendors are responsible for the collecting and reporting of PA state sales tax.
  15. Wine vendors must have a Limited Winery Exposition Permit to sell wine.
  16. Wine vendors must also provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with the Winetober Fest as the certificate holder, submit with this application. Attached to application? Yes No

  18. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions as indicated on this application and contract. I agree to sell only those items as listed. If I change/add a new category or merchandise, I must submit request to the promoter. You may not combine to vendors for one fee unless approved by the promoter.

Liability Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

In consideration of the opportunity and privilege to participate in the Winetober Fest, the undersigned hereby agrees to release and hold harmless the Winetober Fest, volunteers, committee members and their agents, heirs and assigns from any and all liability arising out of any damage and/or the loss or injury to the undersigned or their agents, equipment, artwork, displays and any other exhibit - related objects in any way related to the installation of products exhibited in the events sponsored by the Festival.

The undersigned further agrees to release from liability and hold harmless Winetober Fest, committee members, volunteers, their agents, heirs and assigns, from any and all claims arising out of the undersigned’s agents, personal injuries sustained or in any way arising out of any activities and those that are in any way related to the installation of work and exhibition site.

The undersigned further agrees to assume all risks of personal injury sustained while working in any capacity with the Winetober Fest and agrees to indemnify the Winetober Fest for any amounts paid to third parties as a result of any claim against the undersigned or their agents, heirs and assigns.

The undersigned acknowledges that he or she has read this agreement, understands the full force and effect of this agreement and enters into the same upon his or her own volition. This agreement binds the parties hereto as well as their heirs and representatives.
