THE JOB
AtLTC Eastbourne, we are looking for a Residential Activity Leader Head Of Socialto join us from late-February 2018 until mid-November 2018. Please note, this is a residential position, so you will be expected to live on site.
The job will involve line-managing Activity staff, organising trips in conjunction with the relevant staff, supervising children at all times of the day, taking them out on excursions and conducting activities, and being part of the senior duty rota. There will be no teaching within this role.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who has previous experience as a Residential Activity Leader in a similar environment, who works well under pressure, is approachable and a team player. You must be a native, or near native speaker, and have a valid work permit or UK / EU passport. For more information, see our person specification here.
