DESIGN

Please upload your Logo in full resolution.

Provide a list of your brand colors in hex code. If you are uncertain about what colors you would like to use on your site, we can provide up to 3 color palette choices before starting your Homepage.

You still should provide a general direction in colors (i.e. blue, green and grey). The color palette must be approved before we start building.

Please list 3-5 websites that you like. What do you like about them?

Please collect any high resolution photos (insert specs) you have for the site and put them in a shared folder or email them to us.

Images really make the website. Please provide keywords to search upon looking for images (i.e. “older woman”, “empowerment”, “boy with dog”, “grass field”).

Do you already have a privacy policy for your website? Please link to the existing policy or provide a copy in the google drive folder.

The new rules under GDPR require proper disclosure of how constituent data is gathered/managed and what an organization's policies and procedures for preventing and addressing data breaches. This can be a simple text page or PDF linked in the footer of your site. Even if your organization does not handle EU citizen data, some payment processors require privacy statements, and it is generally just good practice.
