Community Safety

Street Crossing & Being aware of strangers.

Apply to the Clear Program with Sheriff.

Demonstrate how to walk in a parking lot, driveway, and when there is no sidewalk.

Personal Safety

Carry a wallet/purse with contact information.

Demonstrate how and when to use contact information.

Recognize who to ask for help at the store or when in an unfamiliar place.

Consumer

Asking an employee for help to locate an item & using good manners.

Price check an item or ask for a price check.

Use a calculator or estimate sales taxes on items to determine if student has enough money.

10th grade
