Sara Adam's perceptions about she learned from Dr Kamel's QM 240 course

I would love to start this by saying that this course been one of the courses I really enjoyed, it sure was nothing like I expected to be it was a combination of academic, trips and group working, before I even registered to this course and became one of your students which I am really honored and proud to be, I've been told to not take this MIS course with you because you are a seriously strict teacher but it wasn't since I met you to have your consulting about this major, had I chosen to take it with you , attending your classes had made me see how much you enjoy teaching, and by seeing the effort that you make in class to give us as much as you can from your past experience not only that but also trying by any mean possible to make sure we got the information, encouraged me to study more and make an effort my self, technology computers is indeed the language of this new world and through the trips that you've conducted had me realize how essential it is to run and keep the business together as one body, this had only made me wonder how business used to manage before computers in the past, I've also learned that there's a system applications to everything weather it's for analyses ,processing or intelligence to help managers come up with new services and strategies.
MIS course with you Dr. Kamel Rouibahis a wonderful experience and you sure encouraged us to go out look for companies and interact with them this was the first time I've done this, as you go out see other companies doing what we study but in practices can sure make what we study have more sense to it, and becomes more convincing, more valuable, I've always known that there is more to education than just books and exams and you surly have proven that, I know I am not the smartest student with highest grades you've ever taught but I hope that I've raised to your expectations, that you’ve realized how much I enjoy sharing thoughts idea with open minded people like your self
About majoring in MIS, I wanted MIS when I first got to CBA but I wanted a stronger major in order to have a good job I've been advised to take finance but I wouldn't stop there I am planning to study MIS when I finish from this, and hopefully I would be able to accomplish what I've planned in my mind, Since we've come to the end of this course I would love to thank you Dr. Kamel for everything that you’ve done to educate us big thank you,and I end this by my favorite quote “ The aim of education should be to teach us rather how to think, than what to think - rather to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves, than to load the memory with thoughts of other men.” Bill Beattie
