1) We plan to start ontime. Therefore, we ask all attendees to please join our web conference room PRIOR to our 12 PM EST start time. This is due in part of the need to download & install Microsoft Live Meeting 2007, which you'll be prompted to do when joining. Because of this, the room will be open 30 minutes prior to our start time. If you have issues downloading it, here's a direct DOWNLOAD LINK for MICROSOFT LIVE MEETING 2007:
Once installed, you'll be able to join our webinar by clicking the links provided later in this e-mail.
If you're prompted in the Live Meeting Application Window, the Meeting ID is - NYSOS
and there's no meeting;key/password needed to join.
2) AUDIO: It is best to join the web meeting first via step 1 above & once we start, a dialog will pop-up asking for a direct phone number to call you at. PLEASE enter a phone number where you'll be answering (not a receptionist or voicemail).
If this is an issue & you need another method of getting the audio connected, that same dialog will offer alternative instructions, which will include a toll-free number to dial into & necessary access codes.
3) BE ADVISED: This meeting will be recorded so that it may be viewed later on offline as needed.
