What does the position entail?

·  To work seamlessly with the Inside Sales Manager and ensure the Harrow based Telesales & Lead Generation team achieves financial and activity goals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

·  To create and maintain a positive, productive and disciplined sales environment which highlights and rewards sales excellence whilst ensuring compliance with agreed best practice

·  To help identify, nurture and retain high calibre team members

·  To provide a model for the team to follow in terms of professional office conduct

·  To proactively look out for and communicate new ideas which will drive over performance

·  To create a fun environment that rewards success and promotes retention

What are the key responsibilities?

·  Communicate activity and financial goals and performance to team members on a daily and weekly basis

·  Provide regular one to one telephone call coaching and assist in advancing and closing sales & booking appointments

·  Provide ongoing team and individual training, focusing on embedding best practice sales techniques

·  Hold weekly one to one meetings to review performance and ensure there is an effective plan in place to drive target overachievement

·  Create a structured work environment for team members, to include a daily team kick off meeting and end of day reviews

·  Drive Oracle CRM compliance at all times. All opportunities & appointments must be accurately recorded and updated on the system at all times.

·  Put in place and administer ad hoc incentive schemes and competitions to drive attendance, activity and results

·  Provide daily and weekly management reporting and feedback to the Inside Sales Manager

·  Assist with the recruitment and induction of new Telesales personnel

What experience and skills are required?

1.  Previous team leader experience in a Sales environment

2.  Minimum of 3 years Telesales experience

3.  A high level of written and verbal communication

4.  Background of working within a target driven environment

5.  Excellent people skills

6.  Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferably)
