CHOICE 11. CREATE A SCULPTURE OF A CHARACTER.

Part 1_Sculpture

  • Create a sculpture of a main character in the novel.
  • Use any combination of soap, wood, clay, sticks, wire, stones, old toy pieces, or any other object you chose.
  • The sculpture should have some accessories that help portray the character’s personality or major events in the novel.
  • The sculpture must be able to stand on its own. This means that it needs to be able to stand up or have a base that helps it to stand.

Part 2_Writing

  • Give the character ONE character trait and provide at least three pieces of evidence to support your trait.
  • You write this paragraph in the form of a QuickWrite. NOTE: Topic sentence, evidence #1, explanation #1, evidence #2, explanation #2, evidence #3, explanation #3, concluding sentence
  • Be sure to include the title of the book and the author.
