(Application Status, Accept/Decline Offer, Tuition Account, Academic Summary, Apply to Graduate)

Once logged into the Student Center, the following page will be displayed:

What may be seen by the student/applicant in the Admissions section:

Application only:

Offered unconditional admission:

Declined offer (top) & offered conditional admission:

Not offered admission (status available for use by programs):

After having accepted offer:

To accept or decline offer:

To accept offer:

Accept complete.

To decline offer:

Decline complete.

To view tuition account information:

Select Detailed Statement of Account

Select appropriate term

This page will display, with the option of printing via the “printer friendly form” prompt.

Anticipated aid will also be displayed here, though it is not subtracted from the Balance Owing.

Instructions given to students via mass email before tuition is due:

“To view your current tuition account balance, please complete the following steps:

1. Access the Student Center

2. From the Menu in the top-left corner, select Campus Finances

3. Within the Campus Finances menu, select Account Inquiry.“

This Account Summary will subtract Pending Financial Aid from the Outstanding Charges, so the amount of tuition the student is responsible for is clear (Total Due).

To view an Academic Summary (unofficial transcript):

Select Academic Records, then View Academic Summary.

Select Web Academic Report for Report Type and click “go”.

The unofficial transcript will be displayed in full:

To Apply to Graduate:

Select Graduation, then Apply for Graduation

This will display the student’s name exactly how it will appear on the degree. (In this example, the student’s name is Mdcdm Cggm Dmddggmg.) If changes are necessary, a link is provided for requesting a Name Change.

Select the appropriate program.

Select the Expected Graduation Term. (This will always be the current term.)

Brief instructions and information are given.

Select Continue.

One more opportunity to confirm the information is provided.

Submit Application.

As described above, students are able to view their application for graduation in the Student Center.
